So far it really does a good job, works good very pleased with it. Looks great. Love that it comes with a warranty just in case anything happens. I think it’s worth the money if you can afford it. I got a moosoo and another cordless Jeep stick vacuums, they don’t have the suction this one’s got. The downsize it’s just a little heavier than the Mousseau or the timeco. Outside of that it’s seems to be excellent! Thanks Mike

Even as a refurbished product this vacuum came in in excellent condition. It is thoroughly cleaned and came packed in a very fitted aftermarket box. Everything works as it should and all attachments were present. It comes with a 2 year warranty if something should fail, will update if needed on that. Happy with our choice of this purchase vs. brand new. Wish they had a buy back program for our other model that just bit the dust after 5 years of intense use. No stick vacuum tops a Dyson.

Unit came and I couldn’t tell it was refurbished. Unit is almost like it was brand new. Had a chance to take it for a quick spin and I’m really happy with the suction and vacuuming results. Perfect for our rv as we travel with 3 dogs that happily shed a lot.

The vacuum for being a refurb you could hardly tell. It was in great condition when received, and was delivered quickly. For the price id say you’re essentially getting a new vacuum, that’s been previously used. It felt like it was a quality product with a sturdy weight. I will say the warranty information conflicting. It seems like these come with a 6 month warranty from Dyson and 2 years from allstate in the form of a protection plan.
